How long are my tickets valid for?

It all depends on the number of tickets you purchase:

For 1 ticket: valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
For multiple tickets: validity is 1.5 weeks per ticket purchased.
(For example, a pack of 10 tickets is valid for 15 weeks).

⚠️ Important: Once this period has passed, tickets expire automatically. Lou Pichoun will not provide any refunds for tickets that have not been used within the allotted time.

Tout dépend du nombre de billets que vous achetez :

Pour 1 billet : valable 2 semaines à compter de la date d'achat.
Pour plusieurs billets : la validité est de 1,5 semaine par billet acheté.
(Par exemple, un lot de 10 billets est valable pendant 15 semaines).

⚠️ Important : une fois ce délai écoulé, les billets expirent automatiquement. Lou Pichoun n'effectuera aucun remboursement pour les billets qui n'ont pas été utilisés dans le délai imparti.
